Jack founded Converge in 2019 following more than 17 years of specialised audit and assurance experience with international accounting practices, including Mazars LLP Singapore and Ernst & Young Malaysia.

His professional tenure includes external audits, group financial consolidations, and special due diligence reviews for SGX-listed entities, multinational subsidiaries, and growing private enterprises across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and Japan. Jack possesses comprehensive expertise across Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Singapore corporate tax law.

Lilian brings over 13 years of advisory and buy-side investment management experience with prominent asset management houses across Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2016 and currently a candidate in the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) programme, Lilian directly oversees Converge's business process outsourcing division. She specializes in corporate formation for international founders, computerized payroll workflows, statutory bookkeeping, and financial due diligence for FMCG, retail networks, healthcare organisations, and logistics firms.
